The Primary function of Quality Assurance is to ensure that procedural operations are performed in an afficient and accurate manner. Quality Improvement essentially ensures to right attitude to perform with excellence. Improvement is achieved by measuring the effectiveness of quality in day to day activities and by allowing improvement priorities to be implemented.
